Service Description

Kids yoga engages children in a story themed practice. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the pratice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and lots of yoga games. Adding featurs such as art, music, and more, the children have a chance to practice their social skills, connect with others as well as increasing strength, flexibility, sensory, and motor skills. *Must be potty trained
